- Find potential influencers & agencies who will be partners on the platform, develop relationships, find new idol - Independently responsible for agencies, developing strategies to grow and retain idols/agencies and foster strong relationships with them
- Collaborate with internal and cross-functional teams to promote the application, events, users to support Idols and agencies
- Monitor, analyze and optimize the performance, quantity, quality and revenue growth of the application
- Be a positive contributor to the team and organization
