Job Description

Job Summary:
Accountable for new product category and new market region development within in designated Strategic Business Unit(SBU). Lead Development Team to achieve strategic profile priorities sales targets and work closely with sales team to leverage resources to drive SBU organic growth target.
Job Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
Develop new product category/market region development strategies and facilitate team members to promote relevant testing and transversal service in order to achieve the business target.

Proactively identify new business opportunities of new product category/market region, coordinate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product lines and operation and subject matter experts to ensure seamless delivery to meet client’s expectations.

Monitor and analyze the new market trends and identify areas for SBU to invest and implement strategies to drive business growth.
