BD Support Executive

Reporting to Sales Support Manager, your duties will include but not necessarily be limited to: 1) Sales Support Respond to and follow up on sales enquiries Service maintain and develop existing / new customers through planned individual account support 2) Telemarketing Establish, make phone calls to targeted customers, assess and qualify for sales development Arrange sales appointments Create Sales Opportunity 3) Negotiate for competitive costs from overseas office/agents/Shipping Lines 4) Issuance of quotations 5) Prepare official quotations 6) Follow up on quotations to clients 7) Establish SOP with Network/Customer Service to ensure understanding on customer's requirements 8) Sales Lead Assess, qualify and pursue sales opportunities submit report
