Job Description
Business Development
- Develop new Key Accounts and strategic partnerships across Southeast Asia.
- Identify new business opportunities, strengthen regional sales networks, and drive revenue growth.
- Conduct market analysis, competitor monitoring, and sales performance planning.
Account Management
- Manage, grow, and optimize relationships with key travel agencies, OTAs, and travel trade partners.
- Prepare and implement annual sales & marketing plans, incentive programs, and joint campaigns.
- Ensure effective use of Salesforce for planning, reporting, and pipeline management.
Training & Support
- Conduct regular visits, product training sessions, and relationship‑building activities with regional partners.
