Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:Manage production technical support for issues logged by user and other customer support units
Stakeholder management within different business units etc .
Perform jobs like incident analysis / review, impact analysis of critical issues, detailed technical
analysis of complex issues
Periodic review of systems and interfaces and document all these in KDB (knowledge database).
Performing analysis of tickets and repeated incidents raised and work on reducing repeated tickets andincidentsKey Competencies / skill set:
Team management experience in production support is must.
Work Experience on Payment hub and application interfaces for domestic payments like RTGS, NEFT.
Should have tech knowledge and hands on experience.
Functional knowledge of payments processing is mustDesired Candidate Profile
