Job Description
- Welcome and assist guests upon entry and throughout their stay in the Tiki Lounge, Daybeds and other common areas, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
- Check guests’ wristbands and swimming attire to confirm compliance to safety protocols before issuing life vests.
- Enforce guest safety rules, including adherence to the dress code and waiver policy, prior to granting access to play areas.
- Issue life vests to guests before playtime and collect them afterward, ensuring proper usage and monitoring.
- Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of onshore areas, including: Tiki Lounge/Area, Alfresco and dining areas,Pathways and seafront, Daybeds, Day cabanas, bean bags, umbrellas, and tables.
- Wash and disinfect life vests daily, ensuring all life vest are in good condition and accounted for.
- Wash and replace daybed covers, pillows, curtains, bean bags, and round beads as needed.
