As a Rituals Advisor, you are part of our store team. You engage directly with our customers, listen to their needs, and advise them on which of our products are the perfect match for them. You turn every customer interaction into a memorable customer experience.

By working closely with your Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager, you will reach your personal goals and the goals for the store. You will interact with customers every day and ensure to provide a “best in class” customer experience. You will follow store operational and safety procedures as well as keep the store clean and tidy according to company visual merchandising standards.
