Job Description
Responsibilities
- Attend to customer requests and enquiries on fragrance products
- Recommend the ideal fragrance product to customers according to their individual preference through knowledge sharing
- Maintain good relationship with customers to build customer loyalty
- Basic housekeeping of work area
- Assist in retail operations, e.g. stock take
- May be required to be involved in new beauty products launches & related events
Requirements
- Relevant retail experience in fragrance products
- Excellent customer service skills with a strong sales orientation
- Willingness to commit to retail operational hours
- Pleasant disposition and well-groomed appearance
- Effective communication skills in English; proficiency in Mandarin is preferred to communicate with Mandarin-speaking customers
