Befriending Executive

To assist the Centre Manager in ensuring quality and reliability in providing Befriending services to all socially isolated Seniors
To conduct regular outreach to the seniors in the identified blocks
Assist in community assets mapping i.e. blocks, services mapping.
Assist in outreach events i.e. door-knocking, needs assessment, info-sharing session
Performing befriending duties
Conduct Home Visits, Track status of seniors, Conducting activities with clients
Recruitment of befriending volunteers
Training of befriending volunteers
Mentor senior volunteers to spot early signs of neglect, loneliness, or depression
Any other responsibilities as assigned by the Centre Manager
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma with 1-2 years experience in an Eldercare setting/Community Care
Strong Communication skills, Interpersonal Skills, Meticulous, Observant
