Job Title: Behavioral Consultant
Pay: Starting at $55.68 per hour
Location: In-Home / Community-Based in St Joseph County, IN (South Bend, Mishawaka, Walkerton, and New Carlisle, IN)
Preferred Availability: daytime, after school hours, and weekends
Our team delivers therapy on schedules that work for families, partners closely with parents, and provides practical, real-world support shaped by lived experience. Behavioral Consultants contracted with Achieve Behavior Alliance Plus, LLC provide evidence-based behavioral support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This is a contracted position, and we are intentionally building a network of independent clinicians who value flexibility, autonomy, and collaborative, team-based care.
