Behaviour Mentor

Protocol Education is working with primary schools across South Gloucestershire to recruit 1:1 Behaviour Mentors to support pupils with social, emotional and behavioural needs.

These roles involve providing tailored support to pupils on a 1:1 basis, helping them engage with learning, develop positive relationships, and thrive in the classroom.

Key responsibilities:

• Providing 1:1 support for pupils with behavioural and emotional needs
• Supporting learning both in and out of the classroom
• Implementing positive behaviour strategies
• Building strong, trusting relationships with pupils
• Working closely with teachers, SENDCOs and wider school staff
• Promoting a safe, consistent and inclusive learning environment
