Teaching Personnel are seeking a Behaviour and Inclusion Specialist to work as part of our SEN School team, supporting teachers in creating a positive, inclusive, and nurturing environment for learners with Additional Learning Needs (ALN). The ideal candidate will be proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn the best strategies for supporting students with a range of needs, including Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), profound and multiple learning disabilities (PMLD), and physical disabilities (PD). A calm, friendly approach and a genuine passion for helping every child thrive are essential.
