Job Description

We are recruiting a Behaviour Support Mentor to work within a secondary school supporting pupils who struggle with behaviour and emotional regulation.


Key Responsibilities


  • Provide targeted behaviour support


  • Support pupils during lessons and transitions


  • Use de-escalation strategies


  • Promote positive routines and expectations


  • Skills & Experience


  • Experience in behaviour support, youth work or care is desirable


  • Consistent and resilient approach


  • Strong behaviour management skills
