We are seeking a proactive and resilient Behaviour Support Officer to join our secondary school, supporting students to achieve positive behavioural and personal outcomes. Working closely with teaching staff, pastoral teams, and families, you will play a key role in promoting a calm, safe, and inclusive learning environment.
