The Bell Captain oversees the daily operations of hotel shuttle services, ensuring safe, punctual, and high-quality guest transport. Responsibilities include scheduling drivers, maintaining vehicles, enforcing safety standards, and managing guest satisfaction. Confers and cooperates with other department heads to ensure coordination of hotel activities. Assigns duties and shifts to workers and observes performances to ensure adherence to hotel policies and established operating procedures. Answers inquiries pertaining to hotel policies and services.
