The Role
:The Bell Person will enjoy being part of a team that creates an atmosphere of exceeding guest arrival and departure expectations each and every time. You will utilize your superior guest service skills, combined with your communication and organizational abilities to provide a high degree of professionalism and efficiency for all guests and visitors at the resort. 

Job Duties:
Responsible for guest arrival and departure experience

Providing courteous, professional and attentive guest service at all times

Following up with guest requests or concerns efficiently.

Establishing a personal rapport with the guest in order to learn about their needs and expectations, find opportunities to connect and “wow”.

Valet parking and retrieval of guest vehicles in a safe and efficient manner

Assisting with guest room deliveries

Driving guest shuttles to local attractions
