Job Description

Description We are looking for a Benefits Administrator to oversee employee benefits programs and deliver a dependable, well-organized experience for staff in Dallas, Texas. This role supports a workforce of approximately 75 employees and serves as a key resource for benefit enrollment, plan administration, and employee questions. The ideal candidate brings strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to coordinate effectively with external partners and internal teams.
