Benefits Administrator
The Benefits Administrator is responsible for administering and processing benefits plans, providing information to enrolled participants, and supporting Human Resources staff.
- Process enrollment and changes in benefits systems.
- Support employees and HR staff regarding benefit queries.
- Assist country administrators with reporting benefits for all eligible participants.
- Ensure accuracy of contribution files and timely payment of contributions to trust, state authorities, or third‑party providers.
- Perform regular audits of benefits contribution reporting.
- Maintain accurate master data and records such as rehiring records and beneficiary designations.
- Distribute annual benefit statements and answer related queries.
