Benefits & Wellbeing Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Health and Welfare Benefits (e.g. medical, dental, lifeinsurance)
• Responsible for the day-to-day relationships withassigned system benefit vendors, including vendor requests, project anddeliverable tracking and follow-up, problem resolution and overallperformance.
• Prepares and submits benefit expense allocations andinvoices for payment for insured and self-insured programs.
• Assists with benefit enrollment administrationincluding Workday enrollment and integration testing, auditing anddependent verification support.
• Recognition and Work/Life programs (e.g., educationbenefits, backup care)
• Maintain and manage recognition approval workflows forvarious awards and recognitions across the organization.
• Review and address work/life escalations includingeligibility file testing to ensure associate experience is maintained.
