BESS Aftersales & Field Support Engineer

DURAPOWER TECHNOLOGY (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking an Aftersales Engineer. This role entails providing technical support and troubleshooting for our Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), ensuring customer satisfaction and optimizing system uptime.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering and 3-5 years of relevant experience. Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset are essential. This position may require some local and regional travel.
