[BEST KL] Customer Master Data Analyst

What will you do?

The Customer Master Data Analyst is responsible for.

• In charge of the creation and the update/enrichment of customer master data according to the requirements and in compliance with agreed guidelines and standards
• Ensure the completeness and quality of the master data and participate in the continuous improvement of the process
• Report to the Customer Master Data Manager
• For the Senior profile: act as a mentor for the junior profiles and manage MD projects

Request management

• Ensure Customer Master Data standards and governance processes are followed
• Support business for Data creation or Data update for cases requiring arbitration
• Manage Master Data Specialist activity levels and workload

Quality and continuous improvement

• Execute data quality controls identified by CoO Quality Engineer and record progress on regular basis
