BHD Leo Production Supervisor, GNC Propulsion

Amazon Leo is an initiative to increase global broadband access through a constellation of 3,236 satellites in low Earth orbit (LEO). Its mission is to bring fast, affordable broadband to unserved and under-served communities around the world. Amazon Leo will help close the digital divide by delivering fast, affordable broadband to a wide range of customers, including consumers, businesses, government agencies, and other organizations operating in places without reliable connectivity.

We are seeking a talented and motivated Production Supervisor to lead production operations at Leo. This role will be 4/10 hour days on BHD shift, Wednesday-Saturday 630am-5pm.


Key job responsibilities
- Hire, develop and supervise leads and a large group of highly skilled technicians focused on Kuiper satellite production. Includes annual reviews, career development and managing corrective and disciplinary actions.
