Job Description
Support operational decision-making through data analysis, reporting, and BI dashboards.
Job Responsibilities:
- Analyse operational data and track KPIs
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports
- Write SQL queries and perform ad-hoc analysis
- Ensure data accuracy and quality
- Support process and reporting improvements
To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies.
- Basic SQL and Python skills
- Experience with BI tools (Power BI)
- Basic knowledge of SQL Server
- Understanding of data warehousing and ETL concepts
Required Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from HEC recognized university, Information Systems, or related field
- 1–2 years in data, BI, or operations analytics
