To support our continued growth, we are seeking a Bid Management Lead to manage and coordinate strategic tender opportunities across the Government & Defence sector.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving the bid process from opportunity qualification through proposal submission, ensuring cross-functional teams are aligned to deliver compelling, compliant, and competitive solutions. You will work closely with colleagues across commercial, operational, and support functions while gaining exposure to global logistics solutions that support government, defence, security, and humanitarian operations.
