Job Description
Job Scope:
- Lead end to end tendering process from pre-qualification to Invitation to Tender submission and final contract award
- Serve as the main contact for clients, fostering relationships and ensuring a smooth transition from bid to execution
- Review tender documents, proposals and RFP responses prepared by Tender & Proposal Executive
- Ensure proposals meet client requirements and adhere to compliance and deadlines
- Develop accurate cost calculations, pricing models, and project budgets
- Formulate commercial strategies and review terms and conditions (e.g., EPC, EPCI, or T&I contracts)
- Maintain constant communication with stakeholders and promptly update significant changes in the tender process
- Collaborate with Business Development and Legal teams during contract negotiations
- Responsible for driving approvals from executive management for tenders and contracts
