Bid Manager

Role Purpose To establish centralized proposal-to-order governance by driving techno-commercial validation, bid governance, margin protection, and cross-functional alignment across strategic opportunities, ensuring reduction in revenue leakages, commercial exposure, and execution-stage escalations. Location : Airoli, Navi Mumbai Work Mode : Work from office, 5 day week Key Responsibilities Bid & Proposal Governance Review and govern all strategic bids/proposals before customer submission. Ensure alignment between Sales, Presales, Delivery, Finance, SCM, and Legal teams. Validate commercials, solution scope, assumptions, dependencies, and delivery commitments. Ensure mandatory stakeholder sign-offs prior to proposal release and order booking. Commercial & Margin Governance Validate pricing, margin assumptions, payment terms, LD clauses, penalties, warranties, and commercial risks.
