Job Description
As a Bid Manager you will spearhead the preparation of Technical and Commercial Proposals for repair, overhaul and maintenance services for turbo machinery across the power generation industry. The Bid Manager is the key interface between Sales and Operations, with overall responsibility for bid process and strategy. You will support the Sales organization with client discussions, define technical solutions with Engineering, develop and review supplier bids with Supply Chain, and lead cost/lead‑time reduction efforts with Operations.
You will develop technical solutions using Siemens Energy tools and processes. You will ensure the commercial offerings are within the pricing guidelines and commercial governance requirements of Siemens Energy.
