Bid & Tender Engineer – HVAC/BMS Proposals

EA RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is looking for candidates in Singapore for a role that involves reviewing tender documents and preparing bid proposals. The ideal candidate should have a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and possess 2 to 4 years of relevant experience, preferably in the HVAC / BMS industry.

You will coordinate with internal departments, negotiate pricing with customers and subcontractors, and ensure that project handover is seamless with the engineering team. Strong estimating skills are also essential for this position.
