Description
 : Lead and develop the bidding operation support team. Establish first-class bidding operation support processes, tools, and knowledge systems to empower team to improve working quality and efficiency and provide core operational support to help sales team to compete in bidding business and secure critical business and achieving company’s revenue goals.
Principle Duties / Responsibilities:
Apply and follow up bidding related payment request. (Tender doc purchasing fee, bidding deposit etc.)
Prepare commercial documents
Collect & consolidate the final bidding document
Bidding package documents printing, stamping & packaging
Bidding package delivery per business request
Collect tendering information on website and transfer validated bid to responsible sales team
Maintain records of 3rd party bidding in Agilent internal bidding tool
