Job Description
1. Collection / Delivery of specimens, reports and other items
- Effective collection of specimens from various clients as per SOPs
- Ensure vehicles are clean and roadworthy.
- Handle administrative duties and queries.
- Maintain safety and housekeeping standards.
- Provide additional support in the department when required.
- Ensure all logistic protocols are adhered to as per training received.
2. Quality Management
- Ensure the correct application for quality assurance processes in standard operating procedures.
- Adherence to company policies and procedures
3. Living the JDJ Lab Value System
- Comply with Customer Focus requirements
- Accountability to patients, supporters, and all members of JDJ Laboratory
