Job Description
Overview:
Capture orders from Associates/Distributors and guide them to get the best results from Herbalife products and services.
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Capture and track orders from Associates/Distributors and Customers via telephone, showing empathy and good service.
- Guide Associates and Distributors according to new FTC regulations
- Document any adverse events reported by an Associate/Distributor or Customer and continue the corresponding process so that they receive follow-up by GMPSS.
- Provide information on promotions, events, new products to Associates and Distributors
- Guide Associates/Distributors to obtain the best results from the company's products and services.
- Reactivate accounts of Associates and Distributors who request it by telephone.
Job Qualifications:

- High School Diploma
- 1-year experience in customer service.
- Advanced English (Written and spoken)
