Bilingual Benefits Counselor
We are seeking a Bilingual Benefits Counselor for a contract/temporary inbound call center opportunity supporting benefits enrollment and member service needs in the insurance industry. This role is ideal for a fluent Spanish and English communicator who enjoys helping people understand benefit options, resolve website issues, and complete enrollment tasks with confidence.
This position offers structured training, company-provided computer equipment, and the opportunity to work remotely from Florida or Georgia, or in a hybrid schedule in Lake Mary, FL. Hybrid candidates may also have potential for full-time consideration based on outstanding performance.
