This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with 1 or more years of call center experience and strong typing abilities to make a difference in the community.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service role.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Strong typing abilities and familiarity with computer systems.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Empathetic and patient demeanor.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and in high-stress situations.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Commitment to maintaining client confidentiality.
• Knowledge of bail bond processes (preferred, but not required).
