About the Role
We are seeking empathetic, bilingual (Spanish-English) Customer Service Agents to join our growing
call center in Northwest Houston. As the first point of contact for our
Medicare Advantage members, you will play a critical role in delivering
exceptional service and building trust. This is a full-time, on-site position
in a collaborative, open-air workspace with natural light and ample parking.
Key Responsibilities

+ Respond to inbound inquiries from Medicare Advantage members with accuracy, empathy, and professionalism.

+ Assist with questions related to benefits, claims, enrollment, and clinical services.

+ Navigate multiple systems and tools to resolve member issues while maintaining a human connection.

+ De-escalate concerns and provide personalized solutions.
