Responsibilities
- Become an expert on all of the features and functions within Odoo's software applications.
- Create solutions and effectively communicate (written, verbal) with customers through our ticketing system, live chat, and phone calls.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- Passion for software products.
- Bilingual proficiency.
- Critical learning and social setting.
- Business experience at an ERP.
- Experience/knowledge with tickets-support.
- French (B2).
- Portuguese (B2).
