Are you a master multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Manitoulin Transport is seeking a Bilingual Dispatcher to join our Central Dispatch operations team. In this critical role, you will be the heartbeat of our freight movement, coordinating logistics across our network to ensure maximum efficiency, cost-effective freight movement, service standards, and on-time performance. This is a fast-paced, high-energy, operational role where no two days look the same. Because our network runs 24/7, you’ll need the flexibility to work rotating shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Central Dispatch in executing and coordinating freight movement across the network to service terminals efficiently.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for drivers, consistently answering phones to provide hook-up information, departure times, delay updates, and operational support.
