Job Description
As the Desktop Support Technician you will be responsible for dealing with technical issues escalated from the helpdesk function and working with end users to troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity problems, along with supporting the business on project-based requirements and IMACS.
Working on-site in **Mexico DF (Ex Hacienda Coapa);** from Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm.
**Applicants require essential proficiency in English and the relevant local language (B2 level or higher, as per CEFR)**
**What will you do?
**
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair desktops, laptops, peripherals, PC imaging and refreshes.
- Perform some Smart Hands support for networking hardware.
- Troubleshoot within Windows / iOS / Android OS mobile support, software installations, and security updates.
- Manage basic Active Directory tasks
- Troubleshoot basic network connectivity issues (LAN, WAN, VPN, Wi-Fi)
