Position Overview:
We are seeking a Bilingual Front Desk Associate to serve as the first point of contract for customers and visitors at our Dale Branch. This role requires strong communication skills in both English and Spanish, excellent customer service, and a high level of attention to detail. The ideal candidate will mange front desk operations, support administrative tasks, and ensure a professional and welcoming experience for all clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers, visitors, and vendors in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer and route incoming calls; respond to inquiries in English and Spanish.
Manage appointment scheduling and maintain visitor logs.
