MCI is a Business Process Outsourcing company focused on customer experience services. We are hiring Bilingual Call Center Representatives to provide outstanding support in both English and German.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls in English and German.
• Translate and communicate clearly across both languages.
• Assist customers with billing, account updates, and general inquiries.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
• Follow company policies and procedures for customer interactions.
• Meet daily and monthly performance goals.

Candidate Qualifications

• Completion of National Senior Certificate / Grade 12.
