Bilingual Inside Sales Specialist - SaaS (FR/EN) Hybrid

Zendesk is looking for a Digital Sales Representative in Mexico City to provide excellent customer service and drive sales through a variety of channels. You will become a product expert, ensuring customer satisfaction while achieving revenue targets.

The role requires a proactive attitude and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Successful candidates will have strong communication skills in both French and English and at least one year of sales experience, preferably in software or SaaS.
