Bilingual Intake & Case Evaluation Specialist

Link-Worldwide is seeking a highly organized Intake Specialist/Case Evaluation Specialist in Mexico to be the first point of contact for clients at a law firm. The role involves conducting initial client interviews, evaluating case eligibility, and coordinating with attorneys to ensure a seamless case transfer.

The ideal candidate will have advanced English proficiency, experience in customer service, and strong organizational skills. This is a full-time position requiring in-person attendance from Monday to Friday.
