Bilingual Interpreter In Person Job Only (Tijuana)

Important: This is an on-site position.
Only candidates residing in Tijuana, Rosarito, or Tecate will be considered.
We do not cover relocation expenses.
A minimum B2 level of English is required for this position.

Requirements
Fluency in English and Spanish (both spoken and written)
Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment
Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally
Ability to work in a dynamic environment and meet performance goals
