Bilingual IT Service Desk – Italian & English (Hybrid)

Intuition IT Solutions Ltd is looking for a bilingual IT Service Desk professional to provide 1st line support. This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days onsite work and proficiency in both German and English.

The ideal candidate will have a technical background in service desks, be familiar with ServiceNow, and possess excellent customer service skills. Responsibilities include logging incidents, troubleshooting, and maintaining service level agreements.
