Bilingual Phone Agent - Recruitment Support (Hybrid)

**Location**: Aguascalientes, Mexico (Hybrid: Some days remote, some in-office)
**Schedule**: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST (48 hours/week)
**Compensation**: $5 USD/hour (Approx. **$18,845 MXN/month** based on current exchange rate of $19.63 MXN/USD)
**About the Role**:
We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented **Bilingual Phone Agent** to join our recruitment support team. This position starts remote but will ideally transition into a **hybrid setup** (a combination of working from home and in the office).
Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting initial interviews to determine qualifications and fit.
- Scheduling qualified applicants with our HR team for the next stage.
- Logging notes and outcomes in our tracking system with accuracy.
