Principal National Relationship Manager

ADP is hiring a Principal National Relationship Manager to advocate for our Global HCM Solution and Service capabilities, driving ADP's message as a world leader in the HCM industry within the client base.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong, productive relationships with executive level client contacts (e.g., CFO, CHRO).
• Align with ADP General Managers and Executive Committee members as required.
• Collaborate with ADP Sales, Service, Implementation, and other functional teams to win new clients and expand business with existing clients in accordance with annual targets.
• Influence clients' willingness to partner with ADP by leveraging business relationship management skills.
