Join the CI Wealth L&D team as a Bilingual Quality Assurance Analyst! This role involves administering Quality Evaluations and offering coaching for client engagement excellence in a supportive in-office environment.
In this position, reporting to the Director of Learning & Development, you will assess service interactions and provide actionable feedback to improve team performance. You will analyze data trends to drive service enhancements and support new hire training efforts effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct Quality Evaluations on calls, emails, and chats
• Provide coaching and feedback on client service performance
• Analyze Advisor Service Centre data for trends and insights
• Participate in presentations regarding team performance
