Join the Enterprise Risk and Operational Resiliency team in the Senior Manager, Compliance and Governance position. You will be accountable for leading enterprise‑wide compliance and governance practices to ensure adherence to legislative, regulatory, and internal policy requirements. The role serves as a key liaison with regulators, including OSFI, fostering a proactive, transparent, and coordinated approach to regulatory engagement, reporting and remediation. It also provides strategic oversight to strengthen CMHC’s risk governance frameworks and supports senior management and the Board in discharging their oversight responsibilities.
