Bilingual Support Engineer (EN/ES) – Troubleshooting

TSOFT SA located in Lima, Peru is looking for an experienced technical support professional. In this role, you will take ownership of customer issues and requests, provide product integration support for merchants, and guide non-technical users through troubleshooting processes.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience, strong analytical and programming skills, and must be fluent in both English and Spanish.
