Bilingual (French and English) Workforce Solutions Specialist I
The Specialist I, Workforce Solutions is an integral member of Ricoh North America’s Workforce Solutions organization, supporting a consistent, fair, and compliant employee experience across Canada and the United States. This role is responsible for conducting prompt, objective, and well‑documented workplace investigations involving low‑to moderate‑risk employee relations matters, with a focus on early issue resolution and risk mitigation. To accomplish this, the Specialist I must demonstrate working knowledge of workplace complaint investigations, employee relations best practices, and equal employment opportunity principles, along with the ability to apply policies and procedures in a practical and consistent manner.
