Invoice & Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and process customer invoices accurately and in a timely manner using ERP systems and Excel.
• Prepare, manage, and maintain purchase orders, delivery notes, and other operational documentation.
• Ensure all records are updated, organised, and aligned with company processes while coordinating with internal teams to resolve documentation discrepancies.
